What’s been happening:

Life...what an experience since State College. From early career living and working in Manhattan to San Francisco, Denver and now Los Angeles, it's been a fun ride. Now married with 2 daughters it has not slowed down! Now, instead of PSU Karate Club I am riding bikes and running in duathlons. A big computer gamer and PC enthusiast there never seems to be much time. I am hoping to get back to PSU soon to catch up with some old friends who never left (I'm envious). No matter what, I will never forget those days I spent teaching classes, working out the football team guys as a graduate assistant strength coach and generally having fun. Without God I am sure I never would have ended up there and certainly not where I am now. Go State!
